Blog Assignment

1)Im really confused when it comes to figure out and plug in the formula .. the jumps the distance between them and how to find T1 .

2) the Mistake that I always make ,is that I never know which formula is the correct one to use.I have not yet anderstand the meaning of the several formulas.

3) 8 , 7.9, 6.8 , 5.7

Nabily,

I think that you have a mistake in your 1st term. The rest of your terms have a constant diff. of -1.1. Should your 1st term be 9?

If so, then any later term would be created by starting with the first term and then adding the right number of jumps. Each jump is -1.1.

tsubn = 9+(n-1)(-1.1)

Because there is 1 fewer jumps than there are terms. For example, the 2nd term comes from jumping just once, not twice.

The recursive def. is:
tsub1=9
tsubn = tsub(n-1) -1.1
